Besides the world created by the late God, there are also hidden Pocket Dimensions across the world. These Pocket Dimensions contain beings whose existence predates the God, and thus are not one of the God’s creations, nor follows the God’s orders. As most of the beings in these dimensions are considered semi-divine and only exist in a small number, they have no problem governing their own dimensions, allowing them to live completely separate from the rest of the world. Consequently, only a handful of those living in the main world are aware of the existence of these Pocket Dimensions.

 

Due to the creation of the Barrier that results in the separation of the various species, many come to forget the once good relationship they had with those on the other side of the Barrier. Given the Barrier’s capabilities not being the most stable, there are occasional occurrences of individuals crossing over the Barrier which often results in a conflict between said individuals and those in the Realm they walked into. Since the angels are in charge of maintaining the peace across the Realms, they diligently locate these individuals and aid them to the safety of their own homes. Of course, that process is often not so easy. Some individuals may require treatment before returning back to their respective Realms, while some cannot return at all, or perhaps a combination of both. With these conditions, the angels require a place to treat and temporarily shelter these individuals before proceeding.

 

The Island is within one of these Pocket Dimensions, and is ruled by the Naga. After some persuasion and eventual agreement with the Naga, The Seven gained a place that serves as a safe haven for those affected by the issue. Those redirected into this Pocket Dimension will find themselves in The Hospital that both provide treatment and shelter for them. The staff too are those who are affected and personally screened by The Seven to be allowed to work there, with one of the Naga appointed to look over the establishment. 

 

As the issue with crossing over Barriers is rather common, quick access to this Pocket Dimension is required. As a result, The Seven created multiple entryways via invisible portals and scattered them throughout the world. Only those who are authorized have the ability to traverse through these portals and know their location.

 

The anonymity of the individuals present in The Hospital is vital for their safety. To ensure said anonymity, the Island contains magic that erases all memory from those that exit the Dimension. However, some individuals (like the staff), are exempted from this memory erasure.
